1. Donations

  • Donations to L’Imprimerie d’Art de Montparnasse (a public-interest endowment fund)

  • These donations will allow the fund to acquire shares in Les Pierres Sensibles, becoming its principal – and potentially its majority – shareholder

2. Investments

  • Investments in Les Pierres Sensibles
  • Open to private donors and real- estate investment companies
  • Donors will be offered the chance to acquire shares in Les Pierres Sensibles first, ideally with investments matching donations
  • Minimum investment: €100k

3. Auction

  • 12 internationally renowned artists have donated an original work to the Endowment Fund for the exceptional auction at Christie’s Paris on October 19, 2024.

To keep the doors to this inspirational workspace in the centre of historic Paris open to artists from around the world, we need to double down on our fundraising efforts.

Our aim is to bring in enough for the endowment fund to acquire a majority stake in Les Pierres Sensibles and keep the workshop safe in future from developers and other speculators.

We have plans for a two-year fundraising campaign targeting major donors everywhere word of the workshop has spread: in France,Belgium, Switzerland, the US and even Asia (Japan, South Korea and China).

Finally, new investors compatible with the spirit of the project and that of the pioneers will join the adventure, as part of a shared dynamic.

ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX-DEDUCTIBLE

In France

Private donors are eligible for a tax rebate equating to 66% of their donation, capped at 2O% of their taxable income.
Corporate donors can deduct 6O% of their donation when declaring their taxable income, capped at O.5% of their pre-tax earnings. This allowance can be carried forward for up to 5 years.

Abroad

With our partners, the King Baudouin Foundation, the international Myriad network, and the “Transnational Giving in Europe” initiative, the endowment fund can offer you tax deductions based on your country of tax residence.
